Following this success, Lady Jayne launched the Slumber Helmet, known today as the Slumber net. The Slumber Helmet was machine made from Nottingham lace bound with silk and ribbon. This was the first product ever advertised. The model who posed for this early advertisement was Gloria, a famous beauty of the 1920’s.
During the early 1970’s, Lady Jayne was launched in New Zealand where it has become a household name. In more recent times, Lady Jayne has expanded into Asia, entering Singapore in the early 1990’s.
