Skims only the top layer of hair
Bought this brush because I needed a new one. After perusing all on sale at local Priceline, thought this brush would suit my medium length, slightly thick hair as described on package as suiting “All hair types”, “Fights frizz”.
Well, it sure doesn’t suit me. Bristles are useless - doesn’t smooth the surface of my hair at all and the nylon bristles started falling out on first use! See photo. The palm of my hand is more effective on my hair than this brush.
Checking other poor reviews on this site before writing my review, I found this response to another dissatisfied user from Lady Jayne:
“ ... We're sorry to hear you were not happy... This is a very unique hair brush as it is designed to create shiny, healthy hair without the need for styling products. The trick to using this product is to brush hair in sections from root to tip, as this allows for an even distribution of natural hair oils to create bouncy, shiny locks.”
That’s exactly what I did, but the brush doesn’t brush. Bristles don’t penetrate between the strands of hair at all. I even tried with very small sections of hair. Useless. Total waste of my money as I can’t return a used brush.

Comfortable brush
Some fibres are too long and stick out. Feel nice on the scalp and nice to hold in hand.

High quality brush!
This brush is a great, and far less expensive alternative to the other bristle brushes out there on the market. I have thick, curly/wavy hair that will brush my hair without causing any frizz or damage. The size of the brush is great, it's big so it can easily brush through my hair. The handle is easy to hold on to and makes it easy to manoeuvre. I like how the bristles feel on my head, it's almost like a massage. They don't cause any irritation or pain and the bristles are quite dense which makes it a good quality brush. The bristles help detangle my hair, leaving it smooth and easy to manage. I use it on wet hair and I sometimes like to use it while I'm blowdrying as it holds onto my hair really well. The price is really affordable and it has lasted me quite some time!

Like the brusg, but broken 2!
Good brush but I've had two now that break where the handle joins the brush. Looking for an alternative now.

Good quality
Better one I have found. Actually goes through most of my thick mop. I would love one a wee bit harder but I think natuarl bristle is probably not the hardest.

Bad
Had to return as it made all hair a static mess at first stroke. Could not use.
