Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality cleanser I have been using this cleanser every day for the last few weeks and I love it. It’s easy to charge on the wireless charging pad and battery lasts a really long time (hasn’t gone flat yet). It is light and small, very easy to use. When you turn it on it vibrates and you can turn on the heat which heats it up to 40°c. It’s fully waterproof and I add my cleaner straight on and rub on face in a small circular motions. Afterwards my face feels soft like butter. Easy to just rinse off and then it’s ready for the next use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little cleansing device I've been using this device a few times a week for a few months and I really like it. It is an electronic cleansing device with silicone bristles that pulsates. There are many such devices on the market - Manicare's version is small and light in the shape of a filled donut, it is comfortable to hold in one hand. The bristles are very soft and the curved edges allow you to get into the sides of the nose. It is waterproof and comes with a wireless USB charger. I've only had to charge it twice in months. In terms of functionality there are 3 intensities, and a warm function. The warm function is not too hot, and is useful for cold mornings. I use this device with my foaming gel cleanser and I find that it helps with deeper cleansing especially for my clogged pores with sebaceous filaments. They seem to get loosened up and sometimes I can visibly see them poking out when I use this device. My face can feel a bit tender when I use these devices if I move around too quickly, the trick is to move gently without dragging and only using it 2-3 times a week. Overall I really like this and the shape is good for cleansing clogged pores. In comparison with the Foreo Luna mini 2, the Luna has a few more options in terms of different zones with different sized bristles, 8 intensities and a defined frequency of pulsation (8000 per minute) and but at three times the price. But one does not necessarily need all those bells and whistles. I would not hesitate the Manicare version to those looking for a sonic cleansing device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great little cleansing device, and as someone who owns a Clarisonic and a FOREO, I can wholeheartedly say that this stands up against them. This device cleanses effectively and deeply without stripping the skin or making it feel sensitive. I’ve noticed a big difference in the effectiveness of my cleansing routine while using this cleansing brush, and my blocked pores and sebaceous filaments are more refined. I love the heating feature- it’s a nice moment to pamper yourself and relax at the end of a busy day and really makes me look forward to using it!

The ultra-hygienic soft silicone brush tips are gentle on the skin. It feels like a massage as I cleanse my face. It’s very relaxing. This one has a heated section which is great for opening up pores and I like the options for the warmth which other sonic cleansers I’ve used don’t have. I would love to see an option for cooling on it so it could be also used for puffiness and morning bags under my eyes that would be amazing! I love the usb charger and charging dock and love that it lasts ages before needing to be charged I use it daily and it’s been 3 weeks and haven’t had to charge it yet. It isn’t heavy and 100%water proof. Not only is this a great sonic cleanser it can also be used as a face massager it’s very relaxing. After using it my face feels soft and smooth. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was that it vibrated right through to my hand. I love that the lunar mini doesn’t do that. I just found it a bit uncomfortable on my hand. Overall it’s a great sonic cleanser and I would definitely recommend it. I will continue to use it daily when cleansing and for massages after a stressful day. My skin looks and feels amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great introduction to a sonic cleanser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard of Foreo, the most well-known of sonic facial cleansers, and other similar devices, but I have never actually used one and actually thought it was mainly for people with very oily skin who needed a deep clean. So you could say I am a sonic cleanser novice. However, the fact that I have nothing to compare it with, is no impediment to giving my opinion on the Manicare Salon Thermal Sonic Cleanser. Short answer is – I loved it! A very convenient easy to use cleansing device, that fit neatly in my hand and due to its rounded shape and soft bristles was able to cover all the areas of my face really well. I have dry skin but it did not overclean my skin at all, in fact it made my skin feel velvety smooth afterwards, suggesting it might even have been given a mild exfoliation. It made my cleanser go further as it was slightly lathered up. I found that it lasted a very long time with one charge, I had expected I would have to charge it every few nights. In fact, it needed exactly one charge – the first one, where I left it for several hours. After that, no charge was actually called for, I just pressed the button for a few seconds and off it went pulsing again. The little charger became a handy pad to rest the cleanser on. There is also a heating element to the Manicare sonic cleanser – press the heating button for a few seconds and it has a red glow and presumably a heating function. I have to say this is one of the only criticisms I have – it was quite difficult to press the heating on. The button seemed quite small, but more importantly the heating didn’t seem to heat – I could only describe it as less cool, rather than warm. This doesn’t detract from my overall opinion, as the device works very well for me and I don’t need to be heated. Some instructions about cleaning the device and the charger would have been good, but there was nothing on the packaging about this. I wiped it with a damp cloth because the charger ended up with residue on it, which could be wiped off. This was a great introduction to a sonic cleansing device, especially at a cheaper price than the more well-known one! I'd definitely recommend giving this a go.

I've never used these types of cleansing devices in the past and was a bit scared to try at first as I have fairly sensitive skin that's prone to redness and irritation, but I had no issues with this product. It took me a little while to figure out how to use it, but once I sorted that out I had no issues with it! It made my skin feel really clean, like a good deep cleanse and I felt super satisfied after using. It's also a really compact product with easy charging so it's easy to bring around with you when travelling. Overall I'm very impressed with the product and would recommend it!

Wish I did not spend money on the other device. That costs so much more. As this Manicare one is so good! Heat feature is a useless one though. But not important at all. By the time the device warms up to the skin temperature (so you do not even feel the warmth), the cleansing is done . 3 level of vibration on a press of the button. My skin is so super smooth after using this cleanser. So smooth and so clean. Yet super soft and bouncy. No tight stripped feel. I am using it regularly now as a part of my routine , ditched the other device (f). Small, easy to reash big pore areas like sides of my nose and everything. Easy to charge on usb cable supplied. Charge still is going (after a month of daily usage and just 5 min initial charge). Very happy.
